Our Story
Serving authentic Italian gelato, crafted with generations of tradition and global expertise. Master Gelato Maker Daniel Vasquez learned the art from his father, Humberto, who inherited original recipes from Italian gelato artisans who settled in Venezuela. After honing his skills in Italy, across Europe, and in New York, Daniel now prepares each batch fresh daily, using premium ingredients such as Sicilian pistachios and locally sourced dairy. The result is a silky, balanced gelato that pays homage to its Italian heritage while delighting modern tastes.
Our Flavors
We offer a wide variety of flavors, from classic strawberry and chocolate to unique flavors like our signature Sofia's vanilla-strawberry-stracciatella and peanuts flavored. We also have dairy-free and vegan options available.
Community Involvement
We believe in giving back to our community and regularly donate a portion of our profits to local charities and organizations. We also participate in local events and festivals.
